Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to our tuning file storage system at any time. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances for our ECU file management software:

• If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, we offer a full refund.
• If you experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@tuningdesk.com. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Please note that we do not offer refunds for our automotive tuning file platform in these cases:

• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
• Any fees associated with custom development or setup
• Services that have been fully delivered and completed
